Atrium Building - Saint Mary's University Client: Vollick McKee's Role: Vollick McKee was responsible for all siteworks associated with the construction of this new campus building. Work included:
Site master planning for the integration of pedestrian routes from adjacent buildings and the existing Inglis street bus stop. A truck access lane is carefully incorporated among walkways and planted areas. Other new surface features include a series of bike racks and custom pre-cast concrete seating areas.
Site grading and surface drainage have also played a large role in the overall siteworks design. Site amenities and site landscaping were coordinated closely with the project team to ensure a cohesive finish.
