Vollick McKee was responsible as prime consultant for all Master planning and site design of this tourist gateway to Nova Scotia. Work included:
Major site regrading
New feature signage on the highway.
New vehicular access routes, parking areas and walkway surfacing.
A major promenade structure and interpretive look-off.
Redesigning a large sunken garden, first developed in 1926, to provide for barrier-free access and to dramatically increase the floral display while reducing maintenance required.
