Vollick McKee provided comprehensive site design services for the project that included condominium, rental and commercial tenants. Work included:
Designing a walkway and plaza for the main entrance to the condominium tower that is set back from the street.
Designing an entry plaza for commercial tenants.
Designing a formal entrance for the rental tower.
Designing a sunken driveway entrance with terrace walls.
Designing an interior courtyard plaza featuring raised planters, paved and lawn areas, and shrub beds.
Planting design on both the roof deck and at grade to define public and private spaces and provide privacy screening for ground level units.
